Lori Deveny plea change hearing to be livestreamed

The numerous victims of disgraced former Portland, Oregon attorney Lori Deveny may now watch her plea change hearing — in the state’s criminal case against her — via livestream. Former colleagues may also tune in.
The hearing is currently scheduled for August 16, at 9:00 a.m., and may be joined by any interested party using this court link, and entering an access code at the prompt: 2484 617 2155.
The hearing is scheduled in Multnomah County Circuit Court before Judge Jerry Hodson, recently retired.
In June, Deveny pleaded guilty in the federal criminal case against her. There have been no charges brought or civil cases yet filed arising from the suspicious death of Deveny’s husband, Robert.
