You’d think that if someone forged a signature on a court document that was used to take a baby away, that the mess would be straightened out pretty quickly — especially if they were an attorney who’d already been disbarred, arrested, convicted, and imprisoned for similar crimes.
Well, not in Oregon… or at least not if the perp was Megan Perry.
